Shawsheen Family Paddle Day

Paddling on the Shawsheen River is one of our Town’s great close-to-home recreational opportunities. For the third year, Andover Trails will be collaborating with Andover Recreation and the Andover Conservation Department to host a Family Paddle Day on May 17th. 

Canoes and kayaks will be available at Shawsheen Pines across from Pfizer for free to introduce you to the River and help those that don’t have their own boats. All equipment will be provided as well as some assistance with paddling for newcomers. Andover Trails is also seeking volunteers to help support the event.
